The SME One Asia Awards Gala Dinner was held in Marina Bay Sands Grand Ballroom, a black tie event to present the award trophy to the respective winners of the SME One Asia Awards.
SME One Asia Awards was set up to recognize and reward the business success and leadership achievements of SMEs in Singapore and Asia across industries such as manufacturing, transport, logistics lifestyle retail food & beverage entertainment and services
JF Lennon took one of the awards among five categories under the Emerging Awards, an accolade yet to be achieved by any other institutes in the same industry. Companies are awarded based on their competencies in the areas of brand awareness, financial results and responsible leadership.
The Guest Of Honour for the event was Mr Seah Kian Peng, Deputy Speaker for Parliament of Singapore, Member of Parliament, Marine Parade GRC. The event is also attended by other distinguished guests which include ministers, ambassadors and commissioners from various countries.
CEO and Co-Founder of JF Lennon, Jimmy Wong, was invited on stage to receive the award, a ten pound trophy shaped like a globe, to recognize his achievement in running a successful business, in undertaking business responsibility and in exhibiting great leadership.
During the award ceremony, Jimmy was interviewed by a renowned international news broadcaster, Channel NewsAsia.
When asked about what this awards means to him, he said: “ This award is a recognition of being the best in the industry and in what we do. This would not be possible without the high standards and quality of our proven product that has benefited many of our students.
We have come a long away and this has established or position as market leader in FOREX education. I would like to pay tribute to my wife, my kids, my mentor and most importantly to the students of JF Lennon who has made all this possibleâ€
